Uniform Franchise Offering Circular - What is it?

The Uniform Franchise Offering Circular (UFOC) contains information about us and the Signs Now® franchise opportunity including the actual Signs Now® Franchise Agreement, a list of all of the Signs Now® stores and their phone numbers, the average gross sales of the Signs Now® stores, and our financial statements and other important information.

The Signs Now® UFOC enables you to receive more in-depth information about us and the programs available to you if you decide to become a Signs Now® franchisee.

When you receive the Signs Now® UFOC, you should take the time to review it and highlight any areas where you have questions.

We recommend that you call some of the Signs Now® franchisees and ask them about the Signs Now® system and the support program that we offer.

Before you make a decision about the Signs Now® franchise, or any franchise, you should have your financial and legal advisors review the UFOC and franchise agreement.

To receive the UFOC, fill out the Personal Profile and either mail it 6976 Professional Parkway E., Sarasota, FL 34240, email to franchiseinfo@signsnow.com or fax to (800) 992-2038, Attn: Franchise Development. Your completion of the Personal Profile Form will not obligate either of us in any way. It is merely an expression of your interest. On receipt of your profile, we will contact you regarding franchise opportunities in your geographic area of interest.
